We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- The return request is initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- The product received is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Products purchased during clearance or sale.
- Used, washed, or damaged items not in original condition.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or exchange:
- Email us at support@erusports.com with your order number, issue description, and supporting images (if applicable).
- Once approved, we’ll share the return shipping details and instructions.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product sent by us. Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
6. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.
7. Damaged or Defective Products
In case of a damaged or defective product, please report it within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos or videos of the damage so that we can resolve it quickly.
